These Terms & Conditions are an agreement that explains clearly your consumer rights and our responsibilities.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. These are our only Terms & Conditions which we agree to contract with you. Unless we have previously agreed with yourself in writing to amend them, any alterations will remain invalid.
2. This contract is only valid when, and not before, we ship your order. Orders will only be shipped once full payment has been received. If paying with a cheque, the cheque will need to be cleared before we ship your item.
3. We are able to correct any typographical, clerical, website based information or product description, quotation, acceptance of offer, without any liability on our part, before any contract is formed.
4. All images are for guidance and general information only and are not deemed to form part of the contract.
5. The total price shown of the ordered goods will be visible and will include Postage & Packaging and VAT (Value Added Tax - if applicable) at the current rate.
6. Any cheques that are submitted to our bank and are unpaid will be subject to a £10.00 charge each time they need to be re-submitted.
7. Ordered goods will be delivered to the delivery address, as keyed in by yourself. If this delivery address has been keyed in incorrectly, any additional shipping charges to get your item sent out to the correct address will be liable to you.
8. We shall inform you (by your contact information on your order form) if there is any delay in shipping your goods. If your contact information is incorrect, we cannot be liable for failing to be able to contact you.
9. We shall inform you when your item has been shipped and give you the information you require so that you can track the item.
10. Goods are normally delivered within 1 - 5 working days (see shipping policy for full details). The correct shipping method should be chosen by you and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery. If goods are to be delayed longer than 30 days, we will refund you , in full of such goods.
11. If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods, and they are returned to us, you will be charged a 'return to sender' administration fee of £12.00. If the goods are still required, you will need to pay for an additional shipping fee. We advise you to read through our detailed 'Shipping Policy' which explains this is greater detail.
12. Packaging of items may vary due to items sourced from various suppliers. They will be of equal, or superior quality.
13. Sizing on packaging may vary from that listed on the website. Items are often sourced from other countries and the size guide may be appropriate for another country.
14. To the best of our knowledge all items, at the time of delivery, shall correspond to the website description, be free from defects and be of satisfactory quality (Sale & Supply Act 1994)
15. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, they can be returned to us within 7 working days of delivery to you, or your agent. If you are not able to take delivery of your item, you will be carded by the courier or Royal Mail. Your 7 working days starts from this moment. Returned goods must have a 'Returns Reference' and Proof of Delivery (signature on delivery). Please read our full 'Returns Policy' (link).
16. We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect being caused by fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, misuse, alteration, failure to follow verbal, or written instructions or the ordered goods.
17. We are not liable for any unsociable or illegal behaviour of a person wearing any of our items.
18. Any changes to your order must be confirmed in writing to us (by email or 1st class post).
19. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, but if you have already ordered your items, the terms that apply will be those you accepted at the time you placed your order.
20. The contract formed by our acceptance of your order shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
