Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund eyelashes as our normal returns policy.

Top Tip: Always put a line of black eyeliner along the top of your upper lid lashes. If there is a gap - you will not see it. When you put the eyelash glue on the eyelashes - leave for about 15 seconds until glue is tacky- and then place on your eyelid. If you make a mistake - just hold your lid and peel the lash off and start again.
