• You can contact us 7 days a week. We understand that you may actually wish to speak to someone regarding the item you are looking at. We are available either to contact by email, or telephone 7 days a week. Our telephone lines are open until 8 pm week nights, and until 5 pm Saturday and 4pm Sunday.
• You will get correct information regarding each item. We take each costume from its packaging to see what its actual size is. Packaging sizing may be misleading so we always check and even get staff to try items on so that we have a really good knowledge of each costume and whom it will be suitable for.
• You can 'try on' a selection of wigs and costumes before you buy with our innovative Try before You Buy’ section and even send the image to all of your friends and family! We understand that we need to replace your eyes and touch and aim to give you as much information as we possibly can so you can make the right choice for you.
• You will have professional advice, if you require it. All of the team here at Fancy-dress.net are honest and we would never sell you an item that we didn’t think was suitable. No one is paid on commission; our only aim is to get it right first time.
• We have sourced 1000s of fantastic accessories to help you either to put your own costume together, or to help you to complete one of our costumes.
• We stick by our promises, and if something does go wrong (which it will occasionally) we will do our upmost to put it right - even if it is not our fault!
• You are informed every step of the way and have full tracking of your item from when it leaves us to arriving with you.
